My wife and I have been REMEDIGAP clients since 2018. Joann and Michael Quinn are simply the best in the business. They are always there if you have a question or need guidance with your plan selection. I would refer any of our friends or relatives to REMEDIGAP without any hesitation.

At this stage of life navigating through medicare, Medigap, Part D can be extremely frustrating and cause anxiety. I ran into Joann and Michael at REMEDIGAP on the internet. They have a series of short videos that walk you through every step of the way. They explain what everything is in terms you can understand. Their support was unbelievable. They answer the phones, reply to emails and are very patient and helpful. Unbelievably, they even help you figure out which Part D drug plan would be best for you as a service to their clients and they are not even compensated for the service. In a chapter of my life when dealing with healthcare and insurance has become increasingly complicated and confusing, Joann Quinn of Remedigap is a godsend. I contacted her four years ago after seeing one of her online videos about Medicare/Medigap to help me make a decision for my health insurance during retirement. She freely offered her time and advice. What's more, she offered much needed clarity. For once, I felt like someone had my back in making decisions without an ulterior motive to pad their pockets. Joann is ethical and she CARES!! She makes herself available for email correspondence AND long phone conversations about Medicare and its incumbent supplemental insurance decisions. Each year since, Joann has reached out during open enrollment periods to assist with making decisions about Medicare D. In my case, there was really no benefit to her monetarily, but she still freely spent the time. In fact, she also helped me to revisit my approach to supplemental Medicare insurance to ensure that my decision 4 years ago was the right one. In addition, I received a wonderful video customized to my options explaining the pros and cons of prescription insurance available to me in my location. Again...clarity!!! I highly recommend Joann and Remedigap. It is such a breath of fresh air to actually make a difficult insurance decision and feel like it is the best decision you can make and feel like you are in very good hands.

I was new to Medicare this year. I found Joann online, while spending a lot of time evaluating who I should get help from when signing up for Medicare and a Medicare supplement. She answered questions, explained things that were less than clear when looking at the Medicare program, policies, premiums, etc., took care of the enrollment process for the supplement and the drug plan, and followed up after enrollment to help me with more questions. It’s been a pleasure. Thank you, Joann! (She’s great.) If you haven’t checked out her videos, they are also a great help.

This review is for 2023--Think of Remedigap as your 'soup to nuts' Medicare (and all associated plan sub-parts) Help Desk! there's no better team to help you slice through a typically daunting degree of complexity in deciding which plan(s) to sign up with. My current Part D provider had automatically shifted me into their most expensive plan for the upcoming year! Since it's all too easy for insurer notifications about this to get lost in the daily shuffle of life, I wasn't fully aware of this until Michael kindly and patiently worked with me--during 'crunchtime!'. Yesterday he saved me $4K in plan costs and educated me in some very easy- to- miss features of plans that can make a huge cost impact on one's chosen plan-- in the middle of a plan year! Moving forward I'll be reviewing my choices in a timely manner every year, with Remedigap.
