I contacted her four years ago after seeing one of her online videos about Medicare/Medigap to help me make a decision for my health insurance during retirement. She freely offered her time and advice. What's more, she offered much needed clarity. For once, I felt like someone had my back in making decisions without an ulterior motive to pad their pockets.
